We offer a business incubator full of resources to help scale your brand.
Often the reason product-based businesses fail is due to the requirements of large manufacturing companies, access to equipment, and lack of production space. Not only do we provide space for makers, but we also provide access to educational opportunities and business resources. CEO / Founder
Jasmine McConnell
Jasmine McConnell is the CEO and Founder of The Visionary. She implements the company’s direction by leading, establishing partnerships, and facilitating the best infrastructures to maximize the success of collaborative spaces.
Jasmine has over 14 years of experience in construction, site supervision, and management. She was inspired to create The Visionary as she is a Maker herself, founding McConnell Construction and Management and Butters By Jay companies. She permits her analytical mind to work in a fashion that breaks down a Maker's needs and process to scale as an entrepreneur.
COO
Kenneth Scales
Kenneth Scales is the Chief Operating Officer of The Visionary. Kenneth builds logistical systems, oversees manufacturing materials and equipment management. Kenneth uses his 5 years of fundraising expertise to new funding streams while successfully stewarding business relationships.
He uses his keen eye for detail in operations to analyze the company's business portfolio to assist them in retaining capital through grant opportunities and fundraising campaign strategies. Kenneth is a Maker himself, founding the company, Bowtie Billionaire.
